Travel Manager Office Hours: COVID Response — What We’ve Learned

Six months ago business travel had more unknowns than certainties. Travel Managers were drowning and met with ever-changing predictions, expectations and declared “new normals.” To get our collective bearings, we turned to our instincts, experiences and the greater travel community to discuss, predict and plan a response.
Fast forward six months: we have an updated perspective and reworked forecast for business travel for the remainder of 2020 into 2021. Travel teams have undertaken a thorough review, restructuring and enhancement of their programs to comply with new short- and long-term safety expectations.
On August 18th, Traxo’s Justin Morris will host the 5th installment of “Travel Manager Office Hours: Covid Response Revisited,” a follow-up to our Travel Manager round table event in April. The panel will share how reality stacked up against expectation, their short- and long-term policy changes, and where they are focusing their programs for the next 6 months.
